Maintenance Online Management System

 

ETC Corporation uses a highly customized, commercially available and supported help desk software product for its maintenance online management system (MOMS). This solution offers significant reporting and maintenance management data beyond a standard computerized maintenance system and currently provides highly reliable maintenance functions in large-scale toll operations.

 

MOMS creates trouble tickets, logs maintenance calls, and tracks resolution of incidents. If a call is open and nearing the deadline for problem resolution, the MOMS will escalate the call to the next higher level of ETC Corporation’s maintenance management team. Information regarding trouble tickets and their resolution can be captured, calculated, updated, and compiled into a comprehensive set of maintenance records.
